Siblu provides two distinct online client spaces, each linked to a specific user profile. The first, my.siblu.fr, is aimed at holidaymakers managing their bookings. The second, my.sibluconnect.com, is reserved for mobile home owners and gives access to the Siblu Connect shop. Confusing the two portals remains the primary source of connection issues.
Holidaymaker portal and owner portal: two addresses, two uses
The distinction is based on account status. A holidaymaker who has booked a stay connects to my.siblu.fr to check their dates, perform an easy check-in, or modify their personal information. A mobile home owner located in a Siblu village uses my.sibluconnect.com to track the occupancy calendar of their property, consult their contractual documents, and communicate with their village team.
The identifiers are not interchangeable. An account created on one portal does not work on the other, even if the email address is the same. Before any connection attempt, checking the URL in the browser’s address bar can prevent a common error.
To better understand the features of the owner portal and access the Siblu Connect shop, the account creation process deserves special attention.

Account creation on Siblu Connect: steps and time constraints
On my.sibluconnect.com, the first connection involves a registration request. After entering their email address, the user receives an activation link. This link is only valid for one hour. After this period, the procedure must be restarted from the portal’s homepage.
This short duration is a security choice. It limits the window during which a third party could intercept the link and access the account. The same constraint applies to the password reset link.
Password and validation criteria
The password must meet several simultaneous conditions:
- At least eight characters, including at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
- At least one digit and one special character (exclamation mark, at sign, hyphen, etc.)
- A password different from the email address used for the account
If any of these criteria are not met, the form blocks validation without always specifying which one is problematic. Mentally checking each requirement before submitting the form saves time.
Siblu client space for holidaymakers: migration from the old portal
Siblu has replaced its old client space hosted on my.siblu.com with the new portal my.siblu.fr. Old identifiers no longer work directly. Even a user from the old space must create an account on my.siblu.fr to retrieve their past and future bookings.
The creation procedure remains standard: entering the email address, choosing a password that meets the same security criteria, and then validating via email. Once the account is active, previous bookings are automatically linked to the new profile.
Features accessible after login
The holidaymaker portal brings together several services within a single dashboard:
- Consultation and modification of stay information (dates, accommodation, number of participants)
- Adding options to an existing booking (activities, additional services)
- Performing easy check-in before arrival at the village to avoid waiting at reception
- Access to a contact form and a FAQ organized by theme
The easy check-in deserves attention. Filling out this form in advance allows for the submission of identification documents and information about accompanying persons before the arrival day. The time saved at the village reception is tangible, especially during peak season.

Connection issues with Siblu Connect: common causes and resolutions
The most common blockage comes from confusion between the two portals. An owner trying to connect to my.siblu.fr with their Siblu Connect identifiers will consistently receive an error message, and vice versa.
Expired activation link
If the link received by email has exceeded the one-hour limit, clicking on it redirects to an error page. The solution is to return to the registration page (or the “Forgot password” page) and resend the request. The new link automatically replaces the old one.
Email not found in the inbox
Messages sent by Siblu sometimes end up in the spam or promotions folder, especially on Gmail and Outlook. Checking these folders before seeking assistance avoids unnecessary back-and-forth. Adding the Siblu sending address to contacts reduces this risk for future emails.
Forgotten password
The reset function is accessible from the login page of each portal. The link sent is subject to the same one-hour validity limit. After setting a new password, the connection is immediate.
Keeping in mind the duality of the portals, respecting the tight deadline for activation links, and checking spam folders resolves the vast majority of access difficulties to the Siblu client spaces.
